Muhamad Azam facilitates learning through Business and Management Simulation games to enhance Business and Financial Literacy; provides advisory and consulting services in Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, Financial Management, Human Resource Capability development; and facilitation of Top Management Business Planning Retreats.
Azam has wide-ranging experience in consulting, designing and facilitating workshops for organizations in the region and the Middle-East across industries including Multi-media, Airline, Property & Infrastructure Development, Pharmaceuticals, Engineering, Logistics, Education, Food Manufacturing, Retailing, Finance, Telecoms, Scientific and Precision Equipment, ICT and Software solutions, Hospitality, Design & Exhibition, Port operations, Oil & Gas, Statutory Boards, Social Enterprises.
In 2006, Azam co-founded an advisory company that specializes in business excellence, financial management and business capability development followed by co-founding of Paradigm Learning AsiaPac (PLA) in 2012 with Dr Grant Donovan and Joyce Yeo with the purpose of working with organizations to enhance competencies in business acumen, leadership, talent management and project management.
Before venturing to run his own businesses, Azam held various positions of responsibilities in an international public accounting firm and a couple of public listed companies where he had headed the IT audit, business process innovation, enterprise risk management and corporate planning functions.
